Heard learned counsel for applicants and learned counsel for respondent No. 3. Despite service, no one else appeared on behalf of respondents No. 1 and 2.

Present application is filed by the applicants-original claimants for condonation of 204 days delay caused in filing the impugned judgment and award dated 12-06-2017 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Beed, in MACP No. 186 of 2014. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application and nature of subjectmatter, there is no impediment to condone the delay. 4.

Accordingly, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "(ii)". The delay caused for filing the appeal against the impugned judgment and award stands condoned. Registry to take requisite steps for further process. The civil application stands disposed of.

On registration of appeal, issue notice to respondents, returnable on 24th July, 2018. Mr. Rathi, learned counsel waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No. 3- Insurance Company. 7.
