The petitioner has put forth prayer clause (B) as under :- "(B) To direct respondent No. 2 Committee to decide the Tribe Claim of the petitioner which is pending since 2017 and to issue validity certificate in favour of the petitioner as earliest by stipulating period which this Hon'ble High Court deems fit, by issuing appropriate writ, order or directions as the case may be." 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the committee would decide the said proceedings, within six (06) months.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the statement of the committee be recorded.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. 5.

The respondent No. 2 - committee would decide the pending claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably, on or before 31.01.2023.
