1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant / appellant. 2] The applicant / appellant has moved this application seeking stay to the execution of impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal for the reasons set out in detail in the application.

3] On due consideration of the submissions advanced and the statement made that the amount in terms of award will be deposited in this Court within six weeks, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to deposit of the amount within six weeks. On failure to deposit the amount within six weeks, the stay granted in the matter shall stand vacated unless the time to deposit is extended before the due date.
