Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has challenged the Judgment and award passed by learned Member, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Aurangabad in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 482 of 2005 dated 16.01.2010 on various grounds. Hence it be stayed till fnal disposal of the appeal. Learned counsel further submits that applicant has deposited entire award amount before this Court.
