The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the petitioner is entitled for pension. Even as per the judgment of this Court in earlier writ petition, the petitioner has made representation on 30.07.2014 to the respondent No. 2. However, no heed has been paid to the same.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that, in case the said representation is pending, the respondent No. 2 would decide the same on its own merits.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order.

In case, the representation filed by the petitioner (Exhibit - A) is pending with the respondent No. 2, the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within six (6) months from today.
