Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 46 days condoned in filing First Appeal. Original respondent No.1 intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. Though the respondent Nos.1 to 3 appeared through advocate, he is absent. Respondent Nos.4 to 6 are duly served. Under such circumstance, for the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos. 5 to 8, the delay stands condoned.
