The petitioner has filed present writ petition seeking directions to the respondent No. 3 to forward the proposal dated 29.03.2023 to the respondent No. 2/Deputy Director of Education for inclusion of name of the petitioner in shalarth pranali. It is further submitted that the said proposal is pending with the respondent No. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No. 3/Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Parbhani to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on the proposal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four (04) weeks from today.
