Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The petition was filed with a grievance of non compliance of the order of this Court dated 23rd February, 2015 in Writ Petition No. 2026 of 2015.

Learned A.G.P. placed on record the communication dated 4th October, 2018 along with the copy of the order. It is stated in the communication that the pension of the petitioner has been revised and the revised Pension Payment Authority was issued by this respondent on 2nd May, 2018 in compliance with the order dated 23rd February, 2015. The copy of the necessary order issued from the office of the Accountant General, Maharashtra (Accounts & Entitlement)-II, Nagpur is also placed on record.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly admits that the grievance of the
(3) petitioner is redressed.

In view of this fact, nothing survives in the contempt petition. The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.
