In Writ Petition No. 671 of 2015, by order dated 20.01.2025, the petitioner has already been successful in soliciting a direction to the committee for early decision of the tribe claim with a further direction in the form of specific direction to the employer to take consequential steps only after decision of the scrutiny committee. 2.

The petitioner seeks same reliefs by way of this petition only on the ground that by communication dated 21.03.2025, the Headmaster has again threatened him of termination, if certificate of validity was not produced.
