Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. He submits that the service book of the petitioner is complete. He further submits that though the petitioner had made representations to respondent no.4 on 26th December, 2012, 28th August, 2014, 16th January, 2013, 20th March, 2013 and 20th August, 2014, the same have not been considered.
