It is pointed out by Mr. Dighe, learned Advocate for the petitioner that, the petition is pending since 2019 which is in respect of the Elections to the Gram Panchayat. After the petition was filed, Election for fresh term took place in the year 2022. The said position is not disputed by any of the parties. In view of the same, the petition has become infructuous.
