Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, submits that Applicant will file the application for discharge within four weeks from today.

Leave granted. The Criminal Application stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

We make it clear that in case application for discharge is filed within four weeks, the concerned Court to decide the same as expeditiously as possible, however within eight weeks from the date of filing such application, on its own merits. Needless to observe that all the points are kept open for agitation before the concerned Court.
