This is a matrimonial dispute.

Respondent-wife filed complaint under section 498-A read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code against applicant-husband and others.

There occurred compromise between the parties. They are now divorced. They have settled their dispute on various terms and conditions which are annexed to the petition.

Parties are present before the Court. They have verified compromise statement before the learned Registrar (Judicial). The compromise certified by the Registrar (Judicial) is taken on record.

In view of the compromise, the criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of accordingly.
