We, therefore, dispose of this Writ Petition with a direction to respondent No.3 to complete the enquiry, if any, directed to be made by respondent No.2 and submit the report in that regard within a time-frame of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and thereafter the respondent No.2 shall decide the petitioner's representation within a time-frame of two months.
