Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record being the legal representatives of sole appellant Shankar Hiraman Bansile, who admittedly died on 13.11.2016 as per the death certificate annexed. The applicants are also seeking condonation of delay of 1873 days.

There is no strong objection from the other side and therefore, considering the right to sue, the application stands
