Present petition can be disposed of in view of the fact that the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No.2 to decide his tribe claim pending with respondent No.2 since 11.09.2023. 2.

Heard learned Advocate Mr. C. R. Thorat for the petitioner and learned AGP Mr. S. K. Shirse for the respondents - State. 3.

Taking into consideration the need for which the petitioner had approached respondent No.2, the pendency with respondent No.2 and the fact that the matter of the petitioner is pending for vigilance, it would be appropriate to direct respondent No.2 to decide the tribe [1]
