CORAM :
SUNIL P. DESHMUKH, J.
DATE :
29th APRIL, 2016 ORDER :
1.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant. He refers that the certified copies of the requisite documents could not be procured before the impugned order had been passed by the Registrar. The record and proceedings were not available with the concerned officer, the same being brought to High Court in the matter, and it was outside his control to secure certified copies before the order could be passed.
CA-5552.16.doc 2.
Having regard to the same, the request being made to keep the objection with regard to certified copies in abeyance appears to be legitimate till the petitioner is in a position to secure the certified copies.
3.
Civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (C).
4.
As such, as and when the petitioner is in a position to secure certified copies, it should be soon submitted in the office of high court.
5.
It is expected that the requisite certified copies would be secured within a period of three months. If still the petitioner is not in a position to secure the same, he may make a proper request to this court.
6.
Civil application stands disposed of.
