This application is filed for extension of time to make payment of the third installment to respondent No.3.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the first and second installments are paid to respondent No.3. The third installment was

2 22-ca4286-17 to be paid by March, 2017. The learned counsel, however, submits that three months extension may be granted to the applicants to deposit the third installment. The learned counsel for the respondent opposes this prayer.

Considering the difficulties expressed by the applicants in the present Civil Application, we grant time to deposit the third installment. It be deposited as directed under order dated 23rd August, 2016, by the end of May, 2017.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
