Learned counsel Mr. V. D. Salunke has raised some serious issues about non-cooperation form the office while placing the note of circulation before the Court. Learned counsel Mr. V. D. Salunke submits that despite filing of the note seeking circulation, the office has mis-communicated him about rejection of the circulation note. Thus, on 25.03.2021, when the petitioner again submitted a note for circulation, this Court has granted circulation for 30.03.2021. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has also filed a complaint before the Administrative Judge against the office so also forwarded a copy of the same to vre/-

12-WP-5496-2021.odt this Court. In view of the same, the matter can be looked into from the administrative side.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner for some time. It appears that as per the election programme, 2nd April 2021 is the date scheduled for voting. In view of the same, it is not possible for this Court to interfere in the election process by entertaining this petition. Thus, the Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner, to raise the election dispute or to avail alternate remedy, if available in law.
