The petitioner, who was a caveator and still was heard being respondent No. 4 in writ petition No. 5674 of 2024 is circuitously seeking execution of the directions contained in paragraph No. 9 of the order dated 19.06.2024, whereby the District Collector - Dharashiv was supposed to consider clause No. 5.4 of the Government Resolution dated 01.12.2016 and was expected to issue appropriate orders to the Chief Officer for dealing with the pending complaints.

The writ petition is disposed of leaving the petitioner to seek execution of the order but not by resorting to a fresh petition under Article 226 of the Constitution.
