Irrespective of any other dispute being raised by either side, we are only anxious of the fact that results of some of the students are still to be declared by the respondent-school.

Both the sides are unanimous that if the students are able to approach the school and demonstrate regarding payment of the fees, the school would be declaring the result.

Accepting such statement by both the sides, we direct that the individual students may approach the respondent-school, satisfy it about payment of fees, whereupon the respondent-school shall immediately declare the result within one week of submission of the receipts/proof regarding payment.

The Application is disposed of.
