This Court had earlier expressed disinclination to grant similar relief to co-accused. The case of the applicant herein is not different. This Court is therefore not inclined to grant him relief. 2.
It is informed that the applicant has met with an accident and is bed ridden. He seeks two weeks time to surrender. 3.
In view of the same, the application stands disposed of with a direction to the applicant to surrender on or before 24th June, 2022.
