1) Nobody is present for petitioners/applicants. This Court had vacated interim relief by order dated 20 July 2017 as nobody was showing interest in prosecuting the matter. One Advocate Shri. Sachin Deshmukh was present but he had also sought time. Today also nobody has turned up. It can be said that the petitioners and applicants are trying to misuse the process of law and they were interested only in taking interim relief which was given by this Court in the year 2008. Already the

2 Cr WP 201/2008 group progress of the matter was stopped by this Court. All the petitions and applications stand dismissed for non prosecution. Rule discharged.
