The appellant - acquiring body intends to challenge the enhancement in the compensation granted by the reference Court, however there is delay.

Learned advocate for respondents is strongly objection the application. It has been stated that, the delay of each and every day has not been explained properly.

Though no details have been given in the application, yet taking liberal view, the delay stands condoned. Civil applications stand allowed and disposed of accordingly.
