The learned counsel fro the applicant submits that legal representatives of deceased applicants are already on record. The title clause be corrected by showing that applicant No.1.11 - Sindhubai Sukdev Patil and 1.14 - Vatsalabai Laxman Patil as dead. 3.

Civil Application is disposed of.

Correction of the name as prayed for in prayer clauses (B) and (C) also stands allowed.
