1) The petitioner seeks relief against the respondents to grant certificate of registration to the petitioner society as a multipurpose co-operative society. This Court vide order dated 01.11.2007 by virtue of ad-interim order directed the respondent No. 2 to issue certificate of registration to the petitioner society. On 23 rd March, 2010 the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded that, the petitioner society is already registered.
