ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. Leave to correct prayer clause (B) of the application. The correction be carried out forthwith.

This is an application for setting aside order dated 21st August 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, whereby the Cross Objection could not be registered for non-removal of the offce objections. The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that he has already removed all the offce objections as directed under order dated 17.08.2022. In view of the same, the application is hereby allowed in terms of

(2) 955 CA-10147.2022.odt prayer clauses (B) and (C). The cross objection be registered if all the offce objections are removed.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
