Mr. Kodale, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/claimant has pointed out a copy of the order passed by this Court in First Appeal No.1066/2014 and other connected appeals in respect of the acquisition proceeding, whereby this Court (CoramN.W. Sambre, J.) dismissed the appeals preferred by the acquiring body. The learned counsel submits that the issue involved is already adjudicated by this court in the aforesaid appeals and for the reasons recorded in the said appeals, present appeal also needs to be dismissed.

935.odt Court. This, Court after appreciation of evidence on record and after hearing both the parties, dismissed the said appeals on merit by order dated 20th July, 2015.
