It is submitted that Petitioner No.2 has been paid the amount as per the revised rates. As far as Petitioner No.1 is concerned, the proposal is already forwarded to the Accountant General (Nagpur). The Finance Department has already granted approval.

In light of the above, the Accountant General (Nagpur) shall sanction the amount and payment shall be made to the Petition No.1 within four (04) weeks.
