Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

On erroneous premise that the order of this Court dated 27.01.2016 in W.P. No.11696 of 2016, is not complied with and, therefore, respondents are guilty of an act of contempt of the Court, this contempt petition is filed.

Bare perusal of the order passed by this Court on 27.01.2016 in W.P. No.11696 of 2016, copy of which is placed on

{2} cp31819.odt record at Exhibit "A" to this petition, clearly shows that the Counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 made certain statement before the Court and the Division Bench of this Court, referring to the said statement, disposed of the writ petition. We are unable to find anything in the order to show that the statement was accepted as an undertaking. As such, we are unable to entertain the Contempt Petition.

On this limited ground itself, Contempt Petition is dismissed.
