Petitioner had earlier approached this Court seeking protection of employment by presenting Writ Petition No.3044 of 2015. The writ petition came to be disposed of with direction to the Zilla Parishad to continue in employment until allotment of any other bonded candidate to the Zilla Parishad. It is informed that another bonded candidate has already reported to the Zilla Parishad and has been inducted in employment and as such, services of the petitioner, who is a bonded candidate has been dispensed with. In this view of the matter, request made by the petitioner in the representation dated

{2} wp433416.odt 23.02.2016 is not liable to be considered favourably and no fruitful purpose would be served in directing the Chief Executive Officer to take decision on the representation of the petitioner. In this view of the matter, request made by the petitioner, in the instant petition, does not deserve to be considered.
