The missing girl has been produced before this Court. We have made inquiry with her regarding her name, age etc. Report is also shown. It appears that the missing girl has performed marriage with boy with whom she had eloped. The girl in her statement states that her marriage with the said boy was objected by her parents. It is stated to be the love marriage and the girl denies that she has been confined against her wish. The girl being major and appears to have performed marriage with her wish and will, there is no necessity to exercise constitutional powers

Writ Petition stands dismissed.

The girl be set at liberty.
