These petitions are placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Learned Advocate Mr. Manoj Shinde and Mr. R.V. Jadhav are present on behalf of Petitioner Original Claimants. The learned AGP is present on behalf of

Respondents/State. The learned Advocate Mr. R.H. Dahat is present on behalf of respondent No. 2, Insurance Company. 3.

The learned Advocates for the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly they have placed on record the terms of compromise. The compromise terms are marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification respectively.

As per the terms of compromise, respondent No. 2 Insurance Company agreed to pay an amount of compensation of Rs. 1,25,000/- (One Lakh and Twenty Five Thousand Only) to each Original/Claimants, directly on their due identification, as per the Farmer's Personal Accident Insurance Scheme, within a period of 45 days from today, in terms of compromise before this National Lok Adalat. The aforesaid amount is to be withdrawn by the petitioners/claimants without back reference to this Court and without filing any separate applications. 5.

The Court fee refund certificates be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959 in each petition.

Awards be drawn up accordingly.

7.

The Writ Petitions and pending Civil Applications, if any, stand disposed of.
