Perused the affidavit filed by the Respondent with annexures more particularly Exhibit `R-2'. Upon perusal of the contents of the said letter addressed by the Respondent to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, there is no doubt that, the order of which disobedience is alleged, has been complied with.
