After having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. appearing for the respondents, it appears to me that, the present petition can be disposed of by directing respondent no.2 to hear and dispose of the appeal filed by the present petitioner under Section 137(2) of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, 1949 within four weeks from the date of this order.
