O R D E R

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Pending the appeal, the execution of substantives imposed upon the applicant by learned Special Judge under POCSO Act, Ahmednagar by judgment and order dated 21/3/2023, passed in Special Case No.237/2019 is suspended and the applicant be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount.
