Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By way of the present petition, the petitioners are assailing the order dated 13.03.2018 passed by the District Collector, Nanded in case No. 2014/Mashaka-2/land-2/case No. 49, whereby, the petitioners were denied compensation.

The petitioners have very limited grievance that the learned District Collector, Nanded/Appropriate Authority under the Maharashtra Electricity Work of Licensees Rules, 2012 has failed to decide the rent/compensation towards the use of land by MSEDCL for transmission works/installing transformer.

Both the learned counsels consented for remanding the matter to learned Collector, Nanded to decide it afresh. 5.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is allowed. The order dated 13.03.2018 passed by the District Collector, Nanded in case No.

The matter is remanded to the Collector, Nanded to decide it afresh including the issue of rent/compensation as per the Maharashtra Electricity Work of Licensees Rules, 2012.
