*2* Per Court :- (a) Civil Application Nos.9558/2023, 9632/2023 and 9633/2023:- 1.

In all these Civil Applications, delay of 402 days is caused in bringing the legal heirs of the deceased Applicant (Ramlal Kesharchand Lodha) on record. The deceased person is the same in all these Civil Applications.

In view of the above and since the learned Advocate for the Applicants agrees to donate an amount of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) to the Bar Library of the Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, the Civil Applications are allowed. Delay of 402 days is condoned. Let the legal heirs of the deceased Applicant be brought on record forthwith, at the request of the learned Advocate for the Applicants.

(b) Writ Petition Nos.2406/2015, 8276/2016 and 8268/2016:- 4.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners as well as the learned Advocate representing Respondent No.6 GMIDC, jointly submit that all these Writ Petitions can be disposed off in the light of the order passed by the coordinate Bench of this

*3* Court dated 25.09.2019 in Writ Petition No.5923/2015 (Rajaram Dhondiram Havale and others vs. The State of Maharashtra and others) and connected matters.

Considering the joint statement made, all these Writ Petitions are disposed off in the light of the order dated 25.09.2019 (supra).

Pending Civil Application, if any, stands disposed off.
