After having heard learned counsel for the applicants, the Court is not inclined even to issue notice to the respondent because in the application itself, there are averments against both the applicants herein, which suggest that at some point of time, all of them had stayed together. Whatever points are raised before this Court are questions of fact, which can be decided by the trial Court. The application is rejected.
