The respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of their entire amounts of compensation, which have been deposited by the acquiring body alongwith the interest accrued thereon. Pooja K.

This Court by order dated 19th January, 2023 in other connected matters has granted withdrawal of entire compensation amounts alongwith the interest to the applicants therein.

As such, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw their respective amounts of compensation alongwith accrued interest thereon i.e. 75% amount on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% amount on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Civil applications are accordingly disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 6502 OF 2022 CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 6505 OF 2022 CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 6509 OF 2022 6.

Since the applicant - acquiring body has deposited entire amounts of compensation in all these matters, the applications are made absolute in terms of prayer clause ' A'

and disposed of.
