The learned counsel for the applicant submits that last bail application of the applicant was fled before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nanded before fling the charge sheet and it was decided. However, he did not approach this Court before fling the charge sheet. He contended that in these circumstances applicant ought to have approached Sessions Court for seeking bail after charge sheet. In view of that matter, he seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to fle fresh bail application before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, after fling the charge sheet.
