ORDER:

The petitioner has filed Darkhast bearing No. 10/2016 for execution of the award passed by the Reference Court u/s 18 of the Land Acquisition Act.

The petitioner has to take steps for getting the warrant issued, if the respondents are not paying the amount. 3.
It is stated that, the respondents have taken a decision not to file an appeal against the award passed by the reference Court. The said communication is annexed at page 28. The decision is taken on 29.05.2016.

The petitioner is at liberty to take steps for issuance of warrant or otherwise in the execution proceedings and the ld. District Judge may expedite the Darkhast proceedings.

It is also expected that, when the respondents have taken a decision not to file an appeal against the award, should pay the amount to the claimant as it has acquiesced the award passed by the reference Court.

We expect the respondents to deposit the amount expeditiously and in case no further steps are being fructified in the execution proceedings, the respondents shall pay the amount to the petitioner within a period of six months.
