ORDER

Parties have settled the disputes. Both the parties filed terms of compromise on record, which is marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification. Parties are present along with their Advocate. Claimant Bharat accepts compromise to be voluntary.

Having regard to the facts of the case, terms of settlement are reasonable and hence, deserves to be accepted. Learned Counsel for Insurer undertakes to pay amount of compensation as agreed by cheque to the claimant within a period of 45 days. In view of above, Appeal stands disposed of.

The Court Fee Refund Certificate be issued as per the Rules.
