It is revealed that First Appeal No.2819 of 2017 came to be withdrawn by the appellants / acquiring body and accordingly disposed of vide order dated 05.02.2019. In view of the order passed by this Court dated 05.02.2019 in First

2 ca 5434.2022 Appeal No.2819 of 2017, the applicants / claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation with interest.
