There is limited grievance raised in this Petition, in as much as, the petitioner seeks direction to the Joint Director, Higher Education, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad to decide the proposal dated 29th December, 2015

The Petition is disposed of with direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the proposal dated 29th December, 2015, in case already not decided, on its own merits and in accordance with the relevant rules/policy, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably, within six weeks from today and communicate the said decision to Respondent No.4.
