Heard learned counsel for applicant-appellant. 2.

Perused the applications and other relevant documents. 3.

In view of submission, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment dated 03-11-2015 and award dated 07-11-2015 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Udgir in L.A.R.Nos. 736, 719, 720, 845 of 2010 (Old LAR No.446, 429, 430, 654 of 2005) respectively, on condition that applicant/appellant shall deposit the entire amount of compensation pursuant to award along with accrued interest thereon in this court within a period of six weeks from today. Failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the respondents/original claimants to avail the recourse of law for execution of the award within ambit of law. 4.
