ORDER :- 1.

This Court under order dated 11th July, 2019 issued notice to respondent. Even after efflux of colossal period, the applicant - Acquiring Body and its counsel did not take precaution to supply the spare copy for service of notice to respondent. 2.

In view of lackadaisical attitude on the part of applicants, there is no propriety to keep present civil applications alive on the Board waiting for compliance of order on the part of applicant-Acquiring Body. In such circumstances, present proceedings stand dismissed for want of prosecution. No order as to costs.
