The petitioner is seeking direction to the learned Minister for early decision of the revision preferred by him under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. 2.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the learned Minister is deciding the revision sequentially and would decide the petitioner's revision within six months.

The writ petition is disposed of requesting the learned Minister to decide the petitioner's revision as early as possible and in any case within six weeks.
