In morning session, learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Bajaj made a motion for "speaking to the minutes" for corrections in judgment and order dated 11-07-2016 with regard to names of Mahila Mandals appearing in paragraphs No. 5 and 16. By said judgment, group of writ petitions bearing No. 3359 of 2016 with connected writ petitions including present writ petition have been disposed of. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioners in all the writ petitions decided by common judgment and order dated 11-07-2016 are present, including learned Assistant Solicitor General for respondent No. 1 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents - State.

Mr. Bajaj, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in paragraphs No. 5 and 16 of the judgment and order dated 11-07-2016 inadvertently instead of referring the name of "Venkateshwara Mahila Audhyogic Utpadan Sahakari Sanstha Ltd. Latur, name of "Ekta Mahila Bachat Gat" is referred. He submits that in fact, 'Ekta Mahila Bachat Gat' is one of the petitioners in group of writ petitions. 4.

Respective counsel for the petitioners in all the connected writ petitions are in agreement for such corrections in paragraphs No. 5 and 16 of the said judgment. They submits that in paragraphs No. 26 of said judgment, names of Mahila Mandals are correctly mentioned. 5.

Even otherwise in the paragraphs referred to above, we have only recorded the contentions of the petitioners. 6.

In light of the above, in paragraphs No. 5 and 16 of judgment and order dated 11-07-2016, necessary correction be made to the effect that in place of name of "Ekta Mahila Bachat Gat" name of "Venkateshwara Mahila Audhyogic Utpadan Sahakari Sanstha Ltd. Latur" be substituted. Corrected writ be issued accordingly. Certified copies, if are already issued, be deemed to have been corrected accordingly.

Motion stands disposed of accordingly.
