ORDER

(22nd March, 2025) 1.

Parties have settled the disputes. Both the parties filed terms of compromise on record, which is marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification. The compromise is duly signed by claimants and attested by their Advocates.

Having regard to the facts of the case, terms of settlement are reasonable and hence, deserves to be accepted. Claimant Laxman who is present before the Court makes statement that the cheque of amount payable towards the compensation be issued in the name of Kushal Manikrao Jadhav. Learned Counsel for Insurer undertakes to pay amount of compensation as agreed by cheque to the 124-WP-1907-2022.odt

claimant within a period of 45 days. Learned Counsel for the Claimant records no objection for the same. 3.

In view of above, Appeal stands disposed of.

The Court Fee Refund Certificate be issued as per the Rules.

The Civil Application(s), if any, stand disposed of.

6.

The award/decree be drawn up in terms of compromise.

7.

No order as to costs.
